HOW DOES IT WORK and WHO IS THIS FOR?
Unlike most agencys we do not offer a temp-to-hire recruiting contract. This means we will not hire your candidate, manage their payroll and put our markup on their payroll for the duration of the contract. Instead, we will help recruit and onboard the ideal candidate for a flat rate, saving you time and money and keeping the management of your associates within your own company structure.
This is ideal for hiring professionals but may not be the right solution for laborers and contracted services.

To start the process, you need the following:
A clear description of the role(s) you need to fill.
An appropriate salary range (not sure? ask us!)
Have a clear timeline for the date of hire (IE: I need to hire someone within 2 weeks, or I need to hire someone within 2 months)

Our rates are competive and are based on the position that you are seeking to fulfill. This is typically a percentage of what the associated annual income will be.

Yes! This is your best opportunity to lock in the lowest rates possible. If you are consistently hiring and chose to work with us for multiple roles we can provide a contract that covers you for a "package" allowing you to outsource all of your hiring up to a pre-determined quantity of employees.

While we do not offer temp-to-hire contracts and ALL employees would be emplyed by you directly, we can help source seasonal work. However please keep in mind that our rates are determined by annual salary.

We reccomend using our hiring services for professional positions such as management, book keeping, customer service etc. For labor services (such as warehousing or transportation labor,) we will refer you to our partnered services.

We follow up within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry- provided we get a signed agreement, we will initiate the recruting process immediately.
Typically it takes about a week to source a few ideal candidates and a 2 weeks notice to their current employer before they can be onboarded for day 1.
