Outside Hire started as a staffing agency, working to connect employers to ideal candidates and help ensure job retention during a challenging time. Over the course of these past few years we have been called upon to provide supporting services to many business owners in the NY/NJ area. Supporting other business owners and watching others thrive is what excitesus and sets us apart as a brand. We love to see you grow!

In these past few years, we have since developed a directory of service providers who have helped elevate business owners ability to manage their operations while simultaneously scaling their businesses.

Outside Hire still provides hiring services but no longer on a temp-basis. Direct hire services are available upon request.

In addition we also offer consultations for small businesses, customer service centers and project management.
